Smokey Mountain Reclaimed Wood - Box of 21 sq. ft.

No bears or mountains were harmed in the process! Just and old fence that has been trimmed, brushed, and clear-coated. Smokey Mountain, our first set into our darker selection, is a warm lighter coffee color with espresso and charcoal mixed throughout. Reclaimed wood can be used on your walls, ceilings, to wrap the back of your island, or to turn into tables and shelves. The wood is locally sourced clear-coated reclaimed wood that ensures no splinters.

Installation

Your order will arrive ready for installation. Install using finish nails (2-1/2" 18 G recommended). Construction adhesive is optional. Poppa's Barn reclaimed wood is designed to be installed with finish nails, not peel and stick application. Peel and stick reclaimed wood ruins walls. Poppa's Barn doesn't ever expect you to take your reclaimed wall down, but if you do, finish nails holes are easier to patch than ripped apart drywall.

Calculating Square Footage

Our wood is sold by the square foot with each box containing 21 square feet of reclaimed wood. To calculate square footage, measure the length and width of your area. Round up to the nearest foot. Multiply the length (feet) by width (feet) to find out how many square feet you will need.

For example a wall that measures 10 feet wide by 8 feet tall would require 80 square feet of reclaimed wood. We recommend ordering 85-90 square feet to ensure a matching batch and to account for any errors.
