How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:

We strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged or just does not work for your project, we've outlined the following guidelines to help make your return or damage claim:

Non Damaged Item Returns/Refunds
Non damaged returns are subject to approval and a 20% restocking fee plus freight charges. Return merchandise must be in original, unused, unfinished, good and saleable condition for refund. Items not in original packaging will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Special orders or custom items are not returnable.

A Return Authorization Number must be obtained by calling 800.551.1433 or emailing info@remodelmarket.com prior to returning any goods. All goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt and must be shipped with the RA# clearly noted on the shipment and paperwork. Returns shipped collect or not bearing the RA# will be refused.

Missing Items or Damaged Items Claims
Please inspect your order as soon as possible. Damage claims made after 3 business days of receipt WILL NOT be accepted. If you receive a damaged product please send images of the damage to info@remodelmarket.com. Approved damage claims will be handled free of charge.

Damage Claims on Freight Delivered Items
In the unfortunate circumstance your freight shipment arrives damaged, action needs to be taken immediately. Please inspect your shipment for visible damage as soon as the item is delivered. Damaged freight shipments must be either rejected by the buyer or noted on the Bill of Lading with the carrier. If the buyer rejects the shipment, the seller (Remodel Market) will handle the processing of the damage claim with the carrier and replacement goods will be shipped. Please let us know ASAP if you reject your shipment so we can start processing the claim and your replacement parts. If the buyer signs off on the delivery, all concealed damages are now their responsibility. Since the buyer has accepted the delivery and stated it was in good condition, it is now their responsibility to file a claim with the carrier if damage is discovered. If the damage claim is valid, the carrier will reimburse the buyer for the cost of goods and they can reorder the damaged parts.
