How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:

We strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged or just does not work for your project, we've outlined the following guidelines to help make your return or damage claim:

Non Damaged Item Returns/Refunds
Non damaged returns are subject to approval and a 20% restocking fee plus freight charges. Return merchandise must be in original, unused, unfinished, good and saleable condition for refund. Items not in original packaging will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Special orders or custom items are not returnable.

A Return Authorization Number must be obtained by calling 800.551.1433 or emailing prior to returning any goods. All goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt and must be shipped with the RA# clearly noted on the shipment and paperwork. Returns shipped collect or not bearing the RA# will be refused.

Missing Items or Damaged Items Claims
Please inspect your order as soon as possible. Damage claims made after 3 business days of receipt WILL NOT be accepted. If you receive a damaged product please send images of the damage to Approved damage claims will be handled free of charge.
