How do I return an item?
Refund/Return Policy:We strive to provide 100% customer satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged or just does not work for your project, we've outlined the following guidelines to help make your return or damage claim:
Non Damaged Item Returns/Refunds
Non damaged returns are subject to approval and a 20% restocking fee plus freight charges. Return merchandise must be in original, unused, unfinished, good and saleable condition for refund. Items not in original packaging will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Special orders or custom items are not returnable.
A Return Authorization Number must be obtained by calling 800.551.1433 or emailing email@example.com prior to returning any goods. All goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt and must be shipped with the RA# clearly noted on the shipment and paperwork. Returns shipped collect or not bearing the RA# will be refused.
Missing Items or Damaged Items Claims
Please inspect your order as soon as possible. Damage claims made after 3 business days of receipt WILL NOT be accepted. If you receive a damaged product please send images of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org. Approved damage claims will be handled free of charge.
