The Tall Traditional Hood features a taller base, no chimney extension and comes standard with removable upper access, which is a two piece construction.

These wood range hood covers are designed to accept the liners and ventilators listed on this page as options. If you have a third party ventilator, please contact us to make sure the unit will fit. Most third party ventilators will require customization to the hood.
If you are struggling to decide which ventilator is the right fit for you, consider the range or cooktop this hood will cover. 300, 350, and 400 CFM ventilators are generally designed for electric cooktops, while 500 CFM and higher are designed for gas cooktops.
Standard chimney hoods are designed to fit a 9' ceiling application. Options to add chimney extension are available for higher ceiling heights. Chimney extensions are also trimmable to fit in between heights.
The removable upper access option is designed to make installation of the duct work easier. It is also beneficial if any building code inspections are necessary. The hood will come in two pieces which allows the bottom portion of the hood to be mounted to the wall first so the liner, ventilator and duct-work can be installed and inspected before the upper portion of the hood is installed. This construction maintains the integrity of the hood design and eliminates the need for extra corner molding to hide seams between adjoining panels.
Range hoods are large shipments and thus are shipped LTL freight. If this is being shipped to a residence, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
This range hood qualifies for FREE SHIPPING! The hood, ventilator, and liner will be securely wrapped and packaged on a pallet. The pallet will be delivered LTL Freight through one of our approved carriers. Free shipping includes all the fees associated with a freight shipment like residential delivery fees and lift gate service fees. The lift gate service is used on residential deliveries, by the carrier, to lower the pallet off the truck so you do not have to off load it yourself.
